    The BLOG has irrefutable evidence of oppression to deny 50 million dollars owed JESHA MILLER for default of the 14th amendment right to due process.    It is up to each generation to see that the integrity of the Constitutional structure for a free society is maintained by carefully preserving the system of checks and balances essential to limited and balanced government. I now must protect the right to freedom & government must pay the 50 million dollars owed for default this March 29, 2016.

   Government power is limited and cannot violate the BILL OF RIGHTS which no just government on EARTH can refuse or delay but government official have both refused & delayed. This was addressed to former Justices Sandra Day O’Connor & John Paul Stevens who committed dereliction of duty to continue the imposed SLAVERY. U.S. Government not only abused its power in the U.S. Supreme Court but violates the UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHT under Article  3 - Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. TRUTH - Indiana Judge David Kiely imposed SLAVERY by denying the unalienable right to a trial by a fair & impartial jury as MANDATED by the 14th amendment. Judge Kiely failed to perform his constitutional duty recognized by sec. 4 of the Civil Rights Act of March 1, 1875. Judges 33 / The act of a county judge in selecting jurors is ministerial, not judicial; although he derives his authority from the State, he is bound, in the discharge of that duty, to obey the federal constitution & laws passed in pursuance thereof. The evil that Judge David Kiely does is deny rights under color of law so disgraceful that he overrules the State & Federal Constitutional right to due process & separate me from the unalienable right “ all men are created equal “ which is guaranteed by the 6th amendment right to a fair & impartial jury & imposed an ALL WHITE JURY.

     As far as Indiana is concerned they refuse to recognize the law & impose discrimination in its trial procedure which is prohibited by CONGRESS. REPRESENTATIVE LARRY BUCSHON, SENATORS JOE DONNELLY, & DAN COATS REFUSED TO TAKE THE PETITION USING THE CHECKS & BALANCES TO THE FLOOR & REFUSED TO ENFORCE THE 13th AMENDMENT TO STOP SLAVERY & CONTINUE ECONOMICAL EXPLOITATION USING SLAVERY.

The STATUTORY PROHIBITION on discrimination in the selection of jurors 18 U.S.C. sec. 243, enacted pursuant to the 14th amendments enabling clause, makes race neutrality in jury selection A VISIBLE, AND INEVITABLE, MEASURE OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM’S OWN COMMITMENT TO THE DEMANDS OF THE CONSTITUTION. THE COURTS ARE UNDER AN AFFIRMATIVE DUTY TO ENFORCE THE STRONG STATUTORY & CONSTITUTIONAL POLICIES EMBODIED IN THAT PROHIBITION.

This is irrefutable evidence that both the Indiana Courts & U.S. Supreme Court refused the demands of the Constitution & its PROHIBITION, & THE 14th AMENDMENT.

   Specifically I was held in violation of Constitutional Law # 250.2 ( 4 ) Which provides ; Every Black Man has a right under the 14th amendment to the Constitution, U.S.C.A., that in the selection of jurors to pass on his life, liberty, or property, there shall be no exclusion of his race & no discrimination against them because of their color.

Indiana Senator Vaneta Becker refused to adhere to the law & stated Blacks have no specific jury because of their color so the Indiana Courts refuse to adhere to the law & impose slavery.
